Campground Manager
Location: Various Campgrounds in the Elbow, Sheep River, and Highwood Valleys
Employment: Full-Time, Seasonal (May – September/October)
As a Campground Manager, you will be the on-site face of KCS, responsible for the daily operations of your assigned campground. This role is ideal for resourceful and independent individuals or couples with strong customer service and organizational skills. Responsibilities include camper registration, camper education on Alberta Parks Rules & Regulations, fee collection, firewood sales, facility cleaning, and light maintenance. Managers live on-site in their own RVs in a provided, un-serviced campsite and receive a monthly salary, plus propane and generator fuel.
Park Maintenance
Location: Based in the Elbow, Sheep River, or Highwood Valley
Employment: Full-Time, Seasonal (May – September/October)
Our Park Maintenance team is crucial to our operations, ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This varied role is perfect for hardworking and physically active individuals who take pride in their work. Duties include cleaning day-use areas and vault toilets, firewood processing, landscaping, and general repairs. Shared, furnished staff housing is available. This is an excellent opportunity for students and those who enjoy hands-on work in an outdoor setting.
Campground Store Clerk
Location: McLean Creek Camper Centre (Elbow Valley)
Employment: Full-Time, Seasonal (May – September/October)
As a Store Clerk, you will be a key point of contact for visitors, providing information, processing sales, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include camper registration, retail sales, friendly customer service, scooping ice cream, baggin ice, and maintaining store and shower facility cleanliness. Shared, furnished staff housing is available. This is a great role for students or anyone who enjoys interacting with the public.

Please note that a criminal record check is required for all successful candidates. Housing is available for store and maintenance positions. A hard sided RV is required for all Campground Manager positions.
